Before Black Friday, we were receiving 100-150 more parcels per month over last year’s holiday peak season! This is why it is so important to pick up parcels as soon as you have a code. Remember after three days parcels are returned to sender. If you’re missing a code email Lana and Brian so one can be generated for you; if we’re not available, Luxer’s Customer Care team can also generate a code for you.

Remember to make those Elevator Reservations!
Remember, anything furniture larger than a single dining room chair requires an elevator reservation. Plan ahead and let the office know if you have items coming in or out. The current penalty is an automatic $500 fine, so keep in mind… if it’s bigger than a dining room chair it needs a reservation! Check with Lana or Brian to get on the calendar!
