Lounge & Conference Room
The Lounge is available to all residents and homeowners on a first come, first served basis provided it has not been reserved. The Lounge features a full kitchen, dining area and living room. A fireplace, flat screen television with DVD and DirecTV are also included.
Bring your laptop to the conference room for unrestricted wifi; it is a nice quiet place to catch up on work or correspondence. The community's conference room can be reserved for meetings or utilized on a first come, first served basis as well.
To reserve either the Community Lounge or Conference Room please fill out and submit the form below to the front desk with a check, we do not accept cash. A $275.00 deposit is required to reserve the community lounge (includes conference room.)
Reserving the conference room individually requires a $150.00 refundable deposit.

Fitness Room & Dry Sauna
The Fitness Room is also available 24 hours per day to residents and guests. The fitness room's equipment includes: treadmills, elliptical machines, free weights, a resistance weight station, recumbent bicycle and fitness bench. DirecTV is also available in the fitness center.
Hot Tub / Spa
Our outdoor spa has enough seating for 6-8 comfortably. The spa hours are: Sunday - Thursday 7am until 10pm. Friday and Saturday: 7am until 11pm. There is no lifeguard on duty.
Spacious Sitting Areas
Waiting on visitors? Need a quiet space, but like to be in the 'know'? There are a few cozy nooks in the lobby where you can settle in with a tablet or book!
It is a terrific place to see who's coming and going, greet your neighbors and get to know Canal Station's team of employees.
Nestle in by the fireplace and take advantage of everything that is Canal Station.
"What do you mean there's no Concierge?"
In 2010, the homeowners agreed that the Concierge Staff was not being utilized. The owners decided to eliminate the Concierge Staff and replace them with an Office Manager and Administrative Assistant who had the experience to help facilitate a more efficient business office. We still accept parcels through the Luxer Parcel System, floral, and dry cleaning deliveries, however have found that our owners are perfectly happy making their own transportation, dinner and theater reservations, etc!
