"People should take advantage of the remodels occurring in the building. Need a new lamp replacement? How about screens? Blinds broken? There is someone in the building trying to get rid of theirs.

I have stuff: Bedroom lamps, bathroom door handle/lock, and if I cleaned out my storage, there is much more.
