“My fob was disabled and I’m locked out”
If your fob is disabled on Monday 5/15/17, please send an email to [email protected] with your unit # and the serial numbers of the affected fob(s).  Upon confirmation, affected fobs will be reactivated between 9:30am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.  Thanks so much to everyone who has already confirmed fob numbers! 
 
Towing Authorization Forms
Recently, we’ve had complaints of people parking in garage spaces which appear to be vacant. There are no vacant spaces; every space is owned and assigned to a home.  Owners may tow from their spaces, after completing the form, advising the office and leaving a note on the vehicle with an hour’s notice. If you rent, contact your landlord for towing assistance.
 
Website Relaunch!
Many people aren’t aware Canal Station has an official website, with loads of information and resources.  Have questions?  Neighbors too loud?  Need a plumber?  Check out canalstation.org!
 
Garage Door Eye
The cameras have shown some pretty close calls with people trying to rush through the garage door.  Show your car (and the door some love) by slowing down and waiting for the door to be fully open before proceeding.
