Just a reminder that door mats in the hallway are prohibited by the State Fire Code because they pose a trip hazard in the hallways. While we’ve seen some really beautiful door mats, please refrain from keeping them outside your front doors.

Historically we have collected rental agreements for parking and storage rentals, however realized the policy had not been formally incorporated into the Community Rules. A parking space/storage unit rental agreement must be provided to the office, along with updated vehicle information, if applicable.”
