Website Upgrades: Making your life easier…
Several owners have asked about Board Minutes and Financials.  In response, the Board approved an upgrade which includes the following:

• Owners’ Page with Monthly Financials and Board Minutes – As this is a new system, Owners need to create a new log in for access.
• Online Reporting Forms now include a photo upload option (helpful to staff when helping to resolve your situation)
• Contact, Vehicle, Bike and Pet Information Update Forms

Fourth Revision of the Rules
The fourth revision of the Rules and Regulations has been approved by the Board.  Copies can be downloaded from the website; alternatively, the office team can print a copy for you.
 
Summertime Community Living
It is that time of year when everyone has open windows and is allowing fresh air to circulate.  Please remember voices, televisions and music seem to reverberate off our courtyards and neighboring buildings.   Additionally, several people have severe allergies and are inadvertently affected by smoking.  Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise and smoke inside your unit.
 
Tub or sink draining slowly?
Most people automatically grab the Draino or Liquid Plumber.  Did you know that these products actually eat away at the plumbing over time?  Often, the clog is a simple accumulation of hair and soap.  Twist off the drain stopper, pull out the hair and flush with a pot of boiling water.  Let the sink or tub run on hot for a few moments and wha-la… most of the time that resolves the problem!
