Trash Chute and Recycling Reminder
We love the trash chute!  Unfortunately, it is not designed for large items.  Also, the maintenance team has seen an increase in the number of recyclables and food waste filling our dumpsters.  Seattle Municipal Code requires that residents and businesses do not put food scraps, compostable paper, and other recyclables in their garbage.  This includes glass bottles and jars, plastic cups, aluminum and tin cans as well as food scraps and compostable paper.  If you have questions on what can be dropped down the chute, please ask one of Canal Station’s Team or visit the website.

Parcels and Patience
THANK YOU to everyone who is patient and understanding about parcels not being available the moment they are delivered. Often, residents will receive notification from the carrier, and after digging through many boxes the parcel hasn’t actually arrived. The high-volume and constant influx of parcels, requires the list and notifications be completed once per day. Our team REALLY appreciates your understanding and patience with waiting until the list is out and allowing us to focus on the other tasks which keep your community running smoothly.  THANK YOU!!!

Pet Potty Areas
Just a quick reminder that Canal Station has no areas on-site where your pet can urinate/defecate. Please remember to take your pet to one of the grassy areas adjacent to the building and scoop up after it.  Our team actually cleans up a couple spaces of glass, debris, cans, which are not on Canal Station’s property so you your pet has a safe place to do it’s business. Pets using the rockery planters on the sidewalks create larvae, flies and foul odors.
