 Parkway Rock Planters
Our pets often like to use the parkway rock planters as a quick place for relief, but cleaning the rock planters falls on our maintenance team.  It takes a lot of time to clean the feces off of the rocks.  In order for the team to keep up with the parts of the community your guests more readily see during visits, please remember to take your pets off property to relieve themselves.
 
Temporary Monday Office Hours
The office will close at 5pm for the next several weeks on Mondays.  If you need parcels left under the desk because of your work schedules, we’re happy to leave them for you!  Please email [email protected] before 4:45pm and we’ll accommodate any requests!
 
Fire Alarm Test and Garage Door Repairs
We wanted to give a heads-up on the Fire Alarm Test scheduled Monday, February 12th at 10am. You’ll hear bells and whistles; just remember “This is a test.  It is only a test.”   Another important date is the Garage Door Repair on February 22nd at 8:30am. There will be times during the day when there will be no ingress or egress.  Please plan accordingly.  Again, notices will be sent for each of these events.  Thank you in advance for your patience during these routine maintenance dates.
