Just a heads-up that the commercial owners are towing from their spaces. If you or your guests are parking in the commercial deck the vehicle runs the risk of being towed. The commercial businesses in our community can tow even during their off-hours, so parking a friend’s vehicle overnight in a space not assigned to your unit could lead to it being at the impound yard in the morning. Thank you for your vigilance! With the recent garage prowls, we’ve noticed an increase in residents watching the garage door close before proceeding and refusing to allow strangers to piggy-back in the exterior doors of the building. Thank you to everyone who is making a conscious effort to help maintain building security! Reminder: Parcels returned after Three Days Just a friendly reminder that the rules stipulate parcels remaining in the room will be returned after three days. In December 2018 alone, we processed 1297 parcels through the room; this last month there were 1915 parcels. Please be sure to grab your deliveries in a timely manner.
