This leaves the community vulnerable to intruders who come in through the commercial garage. If you see the doors left open and staff is not available, please close the doors. The only time these doors should be propped open is when the maintenance team is working to empty recycling bins. Successful Christmas Tree Round-Up Thank you to everyone who participated in the Annual Christmas Tree Disposal. We had over 20 trees this year and very few hallways covered in pine needles. Having your trees downstairs in time for the removal crew was a huge help to our maintenance team. Thanks so much again for the help in getting those trees downstairs with minimal shedding! Post-Holiday (Cardboard) Breakdown With the record number of boxes this holiday season, we wanted to be sure to thank everyone who took time to break down their cardboard. Because of your help, we spent less time making room for your neighbors’ boxes and more time keeping the community clean.
