We are severing our relationship with this internet provider. If you aren’t already, please use the following email addresses to: [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] Office Team Returns Beginning June 2nd, Brian will be in the office from 8am-4pm Mon, Tues and Wed. Lana will be in the office from 6am-2pm Thurs and Friday, then Saturday from 9am to 5pm. We are still available by email if you need to reach us Monday through Friday. We are able to schedule the elevator for large furniture deliveries and moves during these hours, contact Lana for help with scheduling. New Rule Regarding Pests There was an incident involving pests last month. The Board wanted to further clarify the rules regarding the responsibility of pest control and has approved the following rule, “If one specific unit is found to be the source of or host to pests (insects or rodents) all association costs to test, remediate or mitigate will be charged to that unit owner.”
