Homeowners’ Annual Meeting
All homeowners should have received the official notice of the Annual Meeting. Please be sure to drop off your ballot/proxy in the office or mail it in the self-addressed & stamped envelope to Larry at Kappes. Make sure it is counted! Remember we will not be voting at the meeting. Welcome Jorge! We are very excited to welcome Jorge Garcia as part of the custodial team. Jorge comes to us with a terrific set of skills and has already begun to make a positive impact in the community. Take a few minutes to introduce yourselves and make Jorge feel at home! Parking…your space only, please. We know those empty spaces in the garage are tempting temporary parking for guests or offloading quick groceries. Please remember we have several “snowbird” homeowners who drop in unexpectedly. If you’re in one of their spaces, you might come down to find your (or your guest’s) vehicle missing. Please only park in the space(s) assigned to your unit. Thank you! The New Normal… Masks please. Please, please, please be sure you, your guests and vendors are wearing masks in the common areas. Not only is it a state mandate, but we care and want you and your loved ones healthy!
