Flushing a lot of Soap Down the Drain
Please reconsider putting a lot of soap down the drains when cleaning. Soap will displace water to some degree and it has a habit of showing up in sinks and toilets of the units below the unit doing the cleaning.
If there is a toilet in a unit that is loose and rocking back and forth when graced by a user it could be allowing water to drip into the cavity below or in extreme cases damage the bathroom ceiling of the unit below. Please have plumber, if you are an owner or if you are a renter, have your landlord have a plumber look into the issue. The end result of a leaking toilet can be very costly.
It has been noticed that residents will allow unknown individuals through the front door when they are coming and going from the Lobby. This puts the Building at risk so please exercise some caution when you notice an individual waiting at any of the exit doors or when leaving through a door that has no window in it. Simply don’t let them in and apologize and explain why.
