Tips for the Parcel Room

• Remember to pick up parcels within 72 hours; access is available 24 hours/day.
• Prevent leaving the room without all your boxes by checking the entire shelf for your floor.
• Remember there may be more than one scan in each email you receive – if you don’t look at your entire notification, you may miss a box on retrieval
• Please don’t let people follow you into the room and be sure to double check the door is locked when you leave.
• Dry Cleaning is also available for pick up 24 hours/day!
• Let Lana know if you’re having any troubles! 

 
Residents Requesting Slower Vehicles
We’ve had a few close calls in the garage with speeding vehicles. Brian has installed mirrors to prevent collisions from happening with people zooming around corners, but there have been a couple pedestrian/car close calls, too. Please remember the speed limit is 5mph.
 
Elevator Repair
The elevator will be inoperable for several days.  An oil seal malfunctioned.  Thyssen Krupp, the company who maintains the elevator, is well-aware of the situation.  They have a seal on order and are working to schedule the repair.
