Dogs off Leash
We have several residents and residents with pets who are fearful of dogs. In order to prevent accidents, the rules state pets must be on a leash with someone able to control the pet holding the opposite end. It was addressed at the annual meeting that several dogs have been seen off leash in the halls and stairwells. Please keep your pets leashed.
Holiday Food Drive
Our annual food drive is in full swing. The Ballard Food Bank is always in need of hygiene items, baby and pet items. Peanut butter and other nonperishables are always in demand, as well. If you have a little extra and can share with our neighbors, we’re happy to ensure they receive your holiday donations. The donation barrel is in the lobby.
Temporary Loading Zone
The loading zone has been exceptionally busy these past months and Alison’s Café has secured the paid parking spaces in front of their business for pick-ups. As a result, Seattle PD’s Parking Enforcement has been busy lately, and we’d hate to see our own community members with tickets. Please be mindful of when these areas are not available.
The New Normal… Masks please.
Please, please, please be sure you, your guests and vendors are wearing masks in the common areas. Not only is it a state mandate, but we care and want you and your loved ones healthy!
