Notice of Bike Theft

​We have had two bicycles taken from the garage on Thursday evening.  These bikes were appropriately secured.   Typically, as happened in this case, a bike thief will follow a vehicle into the building or duck under the gate after a vehicle has exited. 

Most of the time, the footage is useless as skilled bike thieves shield their faces from the cameras and wear dark, non-descript clothing which fully cover arms, legs and head.

You can be a hero by doing these three simple things that detour bike thieves:

• Wait for the garage to close before either proceeding to your space or leaving the driveway.
• Don’t let people with whom you aren’t familiar into the building or garage.
• If you see something suspicious, immediately alert a staff member or call the police.
