Starting on Monday, November 12, you will no longer have to spend any time worrying about package delivery. We have partnered with a company called Luxer One to make sure you get your packages safely and efficiently without rushing to get home before the front desk closes. Luxer One has installed a secure package room in the building located in the Lobby adjacent to the front desk. Going forward, all packages will be delivered to the parcel room. Everyone who lives at Canal Station will automatically have FREE access to this service.
If your email address is not accepted by the system, please click “Create an account” on the login page. You will receive prompts to manually enter your email address, set up your password, and connect your account with your unit number.
How Luxer One Works
Repeat these steps every time you receive a package! There’s no limit on how many packages you can receive through Luxer One.
Hold Package Feature
If you are out of town for an extended period of time, you can put your package On Hold by selecting “Hold Package” when you get your notification. To do this, simply log in to your Luxer One account and select the day you would like your package held until.
The Luxer One lockers are monitored with video surveillance 24/7, so your package will always be secured safely.
