You can also find forms for rules violations, towing reports, maintenance concerns and forms to change a phone number, vehicle or pet information. Using these (or emailing directly) is the best way to make a report. For you, it shows that the item was reported; for the staff, it gives us the elements we need to address items most efficiently and allows us to track concerns. Lobby Area Doors by Elevators We have had several concerns regarding the doors being propped open over the weekends. While the maintenance team uses the door stops while they are working, we close them when staff goes home. Propping the doors open allows anyone walking from the commercial parking area into the community. Residents control our “controlled access.” Garage Cleaning Reschedule The garage cleaning has been rescheduled for the following dates: Tuesday, October 17 – P2 Wednesday, October 18 – P3 Thursday, October 19 – P3 (if necessary) Please remove vehicles parked on these floors between 8am & 5pm. Notices will go out closer to the dates as a reminder. Carts Please be sure to return any carts to the parking garage elevator lobbies as soon as you have finished using them. We are receiving multiple complaints there are no carts available.
