With the late onset of Summer, many are cleaning their balconies in order to spend time outside. Please remember to use a dustpan and broom, or vacuum when sweeping up. If you want a freshly washed area, please work in small patches with a brush, water and sponge or rag to soak up the liquid. Keeping your neighbors happy by preventing a sudden rain of dirty water or dusty debris will go a long way!
Spa Gate Upgrades
It has been a long project, but the fob reader has been installed on the spa gate. No longer will your key work in that lock, instead just press your fob against the reader and the gate will unlock. If you do not have a fob (white disc) stop by and see the one of our staff. If you’re renting, have your unit owner contact us via email and authorize you to purchase a fob. The cost of replacement or additional fobs is currently $20 each.
Classifieds Section & Newsfeed added to Website
We’ve added a page for owners and residents to sell unwanted items, rent parking or storage spaces, etc. Click on the tab “Classifieds” complete the form and we’ll post the ad for you. Additionally, at the suggestion of a few owners we added a blog. The tab CS Newsfeed will give you the latest updates.
